i'm kind of at a weight loss plateau?
I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'5 and 117 pounds but my weight is centered around my stomach area. i've been trying to get abs but i guess there's too much fat there. I'm training for cross country but right now i'm only doing like 3 miles 4 times a week so should i uptake my cardio workout or if anyone has any ab exercises it would be greatly appreciated (:

Swimming for weight loss?Well, I can float but I can't swim any style. I've never been trained by a trainer. Just been taught how to swim by my brother and I can swim my own style which is basically like a frog or like doggies sometimes. I like swimming more than anything though, Should I just go to the pool and do whatever I can do. Do people do that? And will I lose weight that way or would it be much better if I just go running instead?
How do you know if you are dieting too hard and causing your metabolism to slow down?I have been on a diet, and have lost 4Kg (8 pounds) of weight over the past 8 weeks. However in the past week I have felt more hungry, and my weight has stopped falling. Is it possible that I am over-doing it, causing my metabolism to slow down (and slowing down the fat-burning process), so preventing nett weight loss
Can eating normal food for one day ruin your diet?I've stuck to my diet for the past 3 weeks now and im doing quite well. I've lost 24 pounds, however, now on the 4th week, i can't help myself having a craving for food. I don't eat meat during my diet...but its like my body wants it....Ive read an article saying that you NEED at least one day of cheating on your diet helps boost your weight loss. Because eating low calories per day can affect your metabolism speed...I don't think i wanna eat it though...It all seems too risky...
