My mother was misdiagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Doctor said her joints are inflamed and has been on an anti-inflammatory diet but it's not helping. She mainly gets pain in her joints at night time and does not let her sleep well. The doctor prescribed muscle relaxers but they make her uncomfortable because she is just sleeping off the pain, not actually fixing any problems. If anyone has heard of anything like this and have recommendations, please help.
My doctor told me that my period will be very heavy....?Well, I had a D&C for a miscarriage on May 1st. My ob-gyn told me that my period (who knows when it will come) will be VERY heavy and I'll probably be in a lot of pain. I know she's a professional, but what do you ladies think? I'm expecting the worse, and she told me when I get it she'll call me in a script for pain medication. I'm just not looking forward to it, and I want to know what can I do to help relieve the pain other that living on the pain pills? PLEASE no rude answers. PS-I'm allergic to all types of Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, etc...), Aspirin and NSAIDS and all other types of ant-inflammatory meds. I was 8 weeks (but the fetus was only 5 weeks) with this one. I have had three, this one being my third. I had my first one in October of 2007. I was 11 weeks with twins. Then I had one New Years Day. I was 9 weeks, but the fetus was only 6 weeks. I had to have a laparascopic (sp?) surgery and then I just had this last one. My ob-gyn is sending me to a specialist to get tested to see why I keep losing the babies! My fiance and I are devistated!! I had a lot of bleeding and pain with my last one, but not the first one. Thanks for all of your help. I really appreciate it!
Where in the Community Guidelines (or TOS) does it prohibit asking questions about removal staff behavior?I mean general questions, like, Why doesn't removal staff cite specific reasons for removal? Or, Have you ever had a question reinstated after appealing a removal decision? I DON'T mean staging a mini-protest about a specific incident by posting long quotes and ranting about what happened. I mean general, non-inflammatory, questions like this one. Actually, I appealed the removal of my last deleted question. I got the standard form response claiming it did violate the Community Guidelines. I've read the guidelines and TOS, and I can't find anything prohibiting questions about removal staff behavior. If they are using chat to justify it, then they could justify any removal.
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?I have small moderately painful lump on the right side of my lower back, slightly above my dimples. It hurts most commonly when I am sitting and leaning forward. I think it's because of the pressure from the chair. It hurts to put pressure on it and it is sometimes a sharp pain. I also have a thicker yellow-green discharge that smells like egg yolk. This discharge had been on and off for six months.
Is diaper rash okay to use on the face?I know it has zinc oxide in it, which is anti inflammatory, and I have red cheeks. Would it help any with the red cheeks?
