Abnominal Pain on Left Side with Traces of Blood in Stool?

I have some sort of gastrointestinal problems. I've had them since adolescents and they got worth after my c-section with my daughter. I've been able to deal with them and haven't been concerned. However, a couple of days ago I got this weird aching pain in my abdominal that stretched across. I felt bloated but that was my only other symptom. I chalked it up to my monthly and that it may be on the way. However, I woke up this morning and noticed that the pain had moved to only the left side. It's more a dull ache until I use my abdominal muscles (i.e. having a bowel movement, sneezing, coughing, etc.), then it becomes more pronounced. Well, this evening I had a very loose BM and have been having them for the past few hours. This last one I noticed that there was a small trace of blood in my stool. I'm just wondering if I should go see a doctor or if it will just pass? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
