why am i still depressed??? help?

i have all the symptoms of depression because i am bipolar. i am on seroquel and trazodone. whenever i taper these meds down VERY slowly and with the help of a doctor, i can't at all or i feel horrible. are there any other treatments besides psychotherapy and traditional meds that could work? what about that magnet therapy (it's new i don't know what its called)?? i already tried accupuncture, herbal things, exercise and doing this i used to love. its just been no use.

i have the main symptoms of depression but i have been dxd c bipolar. I loved being in the hospital because i found people i could relate to and it made me feel better. but then on july first 2006 that all changed. that was the day i completely lost everything emotion-wise. can someone please give me some suggestions? i am on seroquel and trazodone but they don't seem to be working..tried therapy, working out, being c friends, almost ALL other meds ive already been on...what about that magnet therapy...anyone know?

i know there's effexor, remeron, buspar, trazodone, wellbutrin, reboxetine, and cymbalta. what are your experiences with these drugs? i'm female, so females only need answer thanks :) i know there are more than just these antidepressants, but i've tried all the SSRI's and have had sexual side effects(ie couldn't orgasm) so anyone with experience of the above meds, please reply, i'd like to hear from you

i just took 50mg of trazodone and monday evening i might have to take a urine test i have never taken this drug before, so this 50 mg is all that i have in my system Will it show up in my urine after 42 hours?

I was taking over the counter sleeping pills to make me fall asleep (Melatonin & Unisom) since im having trouble falling asleep right now, due to stress I guess..I talked to my DR and he said over the counter pills don't work so he prescibed Trazodone. I did some research and this is an antidepressant drug (Im not depressed), I've only taken this pill twice and im extremely tired all day and feel down, a lil depressed, not in the mood to talk to anyone or I will get irritated when someone tries to joke around with me...what do you think I should do?
