what is the difference between apo-tizanidine and gen-tizanidine?

For pain i am currently on tramadol, fentanyl, and baclofen. i am running out of options here, i have tried Hydromorphone, Oxycodone, oxycotin, methadone (15mg 3 times a day), percocet ( 2 every 4-6 hrs ), vicodin ( 2 tablets every 4+6 hrs), and now im trying out fentanyl( 25mcg/hr every 3 days ). WHAT DO I TRY NEXT???? the fentanyl i am currently on doesnt help at all so im having to sit here typing in agony and the only reason i can sleep is cause of wonderful sleeping pills. What pain killer should i try next. The other thing is what other muscle relaxants should i try? ive been prescribed cyclobenzine, baclofen, and tizanidine. I liked the tizanidine until i became tolerant to it, and now nothing is as good. PLZ help thanks. And my doctors are in the process of giving me new perception to replace the fentanyl but i still want ideas from u all cause the doctor said that she will prescribe me anything i can think of. =) TY my conditions is conic it cant be cured and surgeries wont help i have anti depressants so stick to pain pills plz

the pill is called tizanidine its a mucle relaxer do they even show up on drug tests ?

So. tuesday i get trigger point injection shots (lidocaine in backand neck to treat fibromyalgia pain) I go home, feel ill but I already had a migraine for the past few wks and it had gotten worse after shots. I go to ER that night with severe headache, migraine with sensitivity to light, shivers ( was cold no matter how many layers or blankets i had), docs run test, say I caught a virus they have been seeing around and they tested me for meningitis. i didnt have it but told me if it persist to come back. next day I still feel ill, get a bit dilusional, loose focus and take my pain meds hopin git will take away pain. I take and anit-inflammatory and my imitrex..no relief. I take two ( or I swore I took two) zanaflex's (tizanidine's), minutes later, i'm so dizzy i can't see, migraine is worse. i don't remember calling 911 but I did and ambulance came, took me(and my sleeping 6yr old) to same hospital. (they swore I was on drugs til i came back clean) they said i overdosed, so okay today...i feel worse. neck super stiff, headache hurts when i talk and still have a small case of sensitivity to light, no appetite and achy body...what should I do? could this be meningitis? I read up on it and it can take a few days to work its way into your system...I rarely get sick so I am terrfied at how I feel... anyone know what meningitis feels like? i didn't tell them i was worried because I have no idea what it is (at that time, i have researched it now), i called the ER and asked what the dr tested me for and they told me they were busy.... i think I will go in but to a different hospital since this one acts as if me callin about a health issue is messing up their day! I just hate to pull my 6yr old out of bed again for his 3rd trip in a row to the ER with me
