MY wife uses 2 tabs daily for her BP control. Her BP usually now is 110/60.she has frequent headache, Isit Ok?

She uses bisoprolol fumarate(2.5) and Telmisartan( 20 mg) .Her family history is full of stroke cases. Her father died of stroke and mother Is partially paralysed due to stroke. Is 110/60 acceptable? she is 58 now. She is very strict in food control and isa housewife. pl. enlighten.

also given micardis (telmisartan) and spiriva - question is the dosage of the erythromycin seems too high and I have read that fluconazole is a bad companion and can cause death when combined with erythromycin? The report I read was from 2004 perhaps there is more recent? I am having severe stomach trouble from the antibiotic is this due to excessive dose two 250mg four times a day? Today, I was given sample packets of Micardis (40 mg telmisartan). I am hesitant to start taking it right away without seeking a second opinion, in part because I've heard once you start taking a medication for high blood pressure, you can't stop (or risk even more serious damage). Is this true? Further, while on this type of medication, activities/diet is limited. Since alcohol is avoided, does this mean all alcohol must be avoided?
