DIABETES 2 and NEPROPATHY SYMPTOMS?

I was diagnosed as having DIABETES TYPE 2 in December 2008. I have undertaken exercise doing 3 miles every day and been on a very careful diet as described on the AMMD website..My weight down from 14st 5lbs to 13st.0lbs. Now I have Tingling (NEPROPATHY ?) in my feet. My HBP ACE inhibitors PERINDOPRIL have S/P RENAL IMPAIRMENT . Seems like I am damned if I take them and damned if I dont ? My Doctor took me off my PERINDOPRIL for 4 weeks when I suggested they might be a problem and my Blood Pressure soared to 185/110 during this period. Am I doing too much exercise ?

Why would someone be on all three? My Dad is getting these and is not very talkative on why. I've researched these drugs and they seem to be for hypertension, cholesterol and possibly heart problems. But not being competent in this field I wondered if anyone could give me a general idea as to why someone would be on all three. I understand that the best answer will be an educated guess but it will give me a better understanding. Thanks for your time.

hi i asked a question before about blood pressure and have been given perindopril 4mg i am rather dubious about taking it. my doc says it works on a hormone produced by the kidneys but the side-effects include inability to get a hard-on ,i find it all worry .already with cycling and reducing stress my bp lower reading is improving the worst having been 170/115 but last week at the nurse it was 150/104 and 187/111. when my doc takes it soley with the old type machine its improved to 140/84 then to-day 162/90 i was a bit stressed, is all this bad enough for medication?

I have started drinking green tea because I have been told it is healthy for you , but just checked on the net and it said not too if I was taking blood pressure tablets.

can i take Slenderpep which is a natural appetite suppressant on top off the medication that i already take.
