Can going from 60 milligrams of Paroxetine down to 20 milligrams cause severe depression?

I was on 60 milligrams of Paroxetine and I guess I was doing OK. The only thing I hated was that I never wanted sex with my girlfriend. So I told my doctor to give me something else and she prescribed Mirtazapine. It didn't work as well as Paroxetine and I still had sexual side effects. I finally decided to go back to Pax but to only take 20 milligrams. I've noticed that I'm now very depressed and hopeless. I have an appointment with the doctor in a couple of days. Should I tell her to put me back on 60 mgs? I've tried so many anti depressants and it's the one that works the best for me. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm willing to go back to taking 60 mgs even if it means going back to being a 31 year old guy with no sex drive :(

medications take : PAROXETINE 10MG 1 DAILY/ SIMVASTATIN 40MG 1 @ BEDTIME/DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE 1MG 1 DAILY/METFIRMIN 500MG 1 X 2 TIMES A DAY/ AMLIDIPINE BESYLATE 5MG 1 DAILY/ AGGRENOX CAP SA 25MG 200MG CAP 1 X 2 TIMES DAILY.. i need hep. i began suffering anxiety The dr prescribed me paxil. I took 40 mg twice a day for three days then i stopped because the side effects were too much. this happened about a week and a half ago. Since then i have expirienced muscle twitches, a tingling that covers my entire body, and some mild blurred vision. Can these withdraw effects occur from taking the drug for only 3 days. i never had any of these problems before i started taking paxil i knew abruptly stoping could be a problem, but the side effects were intense. i got hunger pains that wouldnt go away no matter what i ate, headaches insomnia and nausea.

I'm 12 and i get depressed sometimes and i found paroxitine in the cabinnet and i want to take it but its like for adults and adult dosage so i was wondering what would happen if i took it? BTW its a 25mg pill...

I have got all the possible physiological tests done- blood tests, MRI scan, MRI contrast scan, BERA ,,, but there seem tobe no problem at all. every part of my body is fine. I took paroxetine for 1 year , my tinnitus had gone, but again it came back once i stopped taking it. I was wondering if my tinnitus is psycho-somatic because my father is suffering from Meniere's disease and he has tinnitus. And I remember asking him about the sounds that he hears before I got tinnitus. I also rememeber imagining the sounds what my father heard? Is there a possible tht my T is psychosomatic? i hv got audiometry n TMJ tests done too, everything is fine
