Cramping in bladder area?I'm a male in my early 40's. In January of 2008 I developed a cramping sensation in my bladder area. With this cramping sensation came frequent urination. However, the frequent urination ceased and yet the cramping continued. I went to a urologist who performed an intravenous pyelogram which showed nothing wrong with my bladder. I was prescribed oxybutynin to help with the cramping sensation. This helped a few times but stopped working after a while. The cramping lasted for a month or two and then all of a sudden stopped. I went about five months with no problems at all. Then beginning October 2008 the cramping sensation in my bladder area returned and has remained for a week now. I nor the urologist know what's going on. Any help is appreciated.
