Plz help me taper off my psy meds?

Hello ! I am taking some psychiatric medicines ( Oxcarbazepine, Lamotrigine, Bupropion, Clonazepam ) for Schizo-Affective and Bipolar Disorder since last 4 years. Now I want to get rid of those. I have talked with my doctor regarding this but he wants me to remain on them which I dont want to. Can somebody plz help me how taper off these medications, which one to taper first and so on. Thanks.

Okay... Since I was about twelve, I've complained to my mom about sharp, completely spastic heart pains. These are random. I had gone to a cardiologist before just about any doctors and they found absolutely nothing wrong with my heart. I had my thyroid tested and everything, okay? I'd had about every thing possible run at that point. I'd thought that. I'm almost sixteen now, everyone. Around October, I started having what the doctors thought were anxiety or panic attacks. A week ago from Monday, I was diagnosed with epilepsy and complex partial seizures. My first MRI (not colored or whatever) came out clean. My EEG showed seizure activity showed seizure activity in the left side of my brain. My seizures are random. I've had no injuries, and they are not genetic. Those are facts now. In almost two weeks I have been put on both of these medicines: -Oxcarbazepine -Topamax While on the first medication (that I was on for almost a week), I began having seizures every single day. The only day I didn't have a seizure was that Saturday because I slept the entire day. All the doctor did, after my mom calling, was up the dose. My mom said the next morning I couldn't even function because I acted... drunk . I missed school. I couldn't take my medicine that night because the doctor over dosed me. The next day I was put on a new medication. I had two seizures that same exact morning. I begged to not have to take the medicine last night. I had to. I had four seizures yesterday. My mom called again and told me to not take medicine until the doctor called her back today... He only upped my dose today... I've had SIX seizures so far today!!! Does anyone have a single freaking clue what the heck this Topamax is doing to me? I feel like I'm freaking dying here! One more question... Does anyone know how the heart pains could be related? I've heard they could be related because of the left side of the brain. Any help at all??? Thanks! -Brittany<3 P.S. I'm scared... Please help guys :(:(

i've had 2 seizures in the last 2 months out of nowhere. is it normal to be prescribed a medication even before i've had an EEG,MRI, Catscan done? i took my first dose last night and for some reason at 4am i woke up and could not go back to sleep and felt a little nauseous. and today i feel like crap. it feels more like a pain-killer. is this normal? i feel like i'm being treated with the ol' take 2 of these and call me in the morning routine( being brushed off) i am a 29 yr. old male 155lbs. if that helps.
