?Weird infection and stabbing pain in my testicles?

1 month ago i started ejaculating blood, so i went to the urologist, i had a spermogram done and got 8-10 leucocytes on sight and got good fertility, the urine test was all good and no leucocytes were found, doctor gave me detrusitol, vit C, and Bactrim F (trimetroprim ,and sulfametoxazol). It didnt seem to work cuz i got a little more blood and then another doctor gave me ibuprofen and pirifur (nalidixic acid and fenazopiridin) and i took these two for 10 days and yesterday i started having this stabbing pain in both my testicles, it's not so strong but i don't really like it. i am having bacterial culture which is resistat to rifampicin, nalidixic acid and streptomycin. i want to study conjugation with this strain but the recipients i am having are resistant to same antibiotics. so how can i use these selection markers? pls. help me or give some aternative to study the same.

My 9 month old son's urine culture report came like this :amoxycillin resistant, ciprofloxacin sensitive,cephalexin resistant,nalidixic acid sensitive,nitrofurantoin sensitive,norfloxacin sensitive and cephotaxime sensitive.{Report : citrobacter species isolated } . what does it mean ? what may be the best medicine(if needed).
