Has metformin made you hungrier?

has anyone out there got pregnant using this alone ?i have heard it helps with weight loss also , how much weight loss ,is it only a few pounds or quite dramatic

I'm 20 weeks pregnant today and it's a boy. Though I'm already HUGE and have had to wear maternity clothes since 8 weeks. In the beginning they were almost positive that it was multiples due to my beta levels and an ultrasound at 4 weeks. At my 8 week ultrasound (I know I get a lot of them) They could no longer see more than one sack and only a faint image of a fetus. Though they have refused to actually look at my entire uterus as they will only focus on the one that they have already found. Well, what makes me extremely curious is that last week I had an ultrasound to tell what the baby's sex is and it's a boy but they only looked right by the bottom of my belly (the top of my underwear) and I feel movement there and behind my belly button as well as when they looked for the heartbeat in the actual doctor's office and found 2 they said the other one had to be mine but it was just as fast as the other one and they were using the wand right at my bellybutton (did both tests on the same day). So what is going on am I having twins??? I was on Femara and Metformin to become pregnant so what can I do to make sure that it's not more than one? Or do I have to wait till I give birth? Also other symptom of multiples was that I have Placenta Previa.

I am on Metformin and have been for about 2 months now... I have had these weird cravings for sweet things all the time... I also feel like im eating more... Has this happened to anyone else...

I am very hopeful of becoming a mother... it is almost like a dream. i was recently diagnosed with PCOS and my dr put me on Metformin to help me ovulate. He did say however that I would more than likely need to be put on clomid... How long did/does it normally take to become pregnant on these methods with PCOS? Should i still be hopeful or just give up?
