why does my heart hurts every time i breathe?

i have been palpitating for 5 days now and every time i breathe my heart feels like a squeezing pain. before its like seconds, then minutes, then hours and until now i still felt the same, the pain is still there. my doctor gave me alprazolam, but i am not anxious. and he gave me meloxicam but it doesn't work for me. help please.

I normally sleep 9-10 hours a night and when I wake up I feel like I have the body of an 80 year old ( am 22) and by afternoorn or evening my muscles may be in immense pain. I was actually put on meloxicam because of it. But today I had an appointment so I got up at ten which meant I only had 8 hours of sleep and I feel like a new person!!! I don't feel achy and stiff and just like crap basically. I actually feel like a normal and healthy person! Do you think too much sleep could be the problem?

I have neen taking Mobic (generic name - Meloxicam) for over 2 months now. It is supposed to help with the pinched nerve in my neck, but I have never thought it was benefiting me at all. I previously had 2 cortizone shots in my neck and those have not helped either. I am having sleeping difficulties in recent weeks, to include sleep apnea. I have never had this before. One of the side effects of meloxicam is breathing difficulty. I want to know if anyone else has had similar problems. Thanks.

I was prescribed this for pain coming from sore muscles & injuries in my elbow & knees, but I told the doctor ibuprofin is too hard on my stomach. I took this & it didn't lessen the pain one little bit. I guess I was hoping someone would have experience with it & tell me it does kick in after a few days or something...?? Anyone??

I'm taking different types of medications , like meloxicam ,loratadine,advil, and mobic.
