How can I balance my hormones naturally?

I am having my menstrual cycle too frequently EVERY 19 DAYS. I have reached mid thirties and i have one child.I have a real thirst for alcohol a week before I come on.I am regular.i have sore boobs all the time.I have been taking high dose vitamin supplements 1 a day called Magnesium-OK by Wassen and Evening Primrose Oil approx 2,000 - 3,000 mg each day.and B1 100mg.I am fed up its been going on for 5 months.I sleep well my periods are painful I take Mefenamic Acid 500mg for this.I would love to try a herbalist but cannot afford it and N.H.S ONLY OFFER CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS, INTRUSIVE SCRAPS,HORMONE INJECTIONS ETC...

Ok, on friday night, possibly early saturday morning (like 2am) i was drunk at a party. and he tried to have sex with me, and we were messing about before hand, and it went in like 2 times, before i made him stop. i'd never had sex before, and i'm really stupid for even letting things get that far. i'm also 17. anyway, i thought nothing of it, and today (4 days later) i';ve started my period 2 weeks early. and i'm really panicking. this has never happened before, and it just seems so convenient. i know it's usual that you miss your period, but could it be the worst case scenario, that i'm actually pregnant, or is this just me being completely paranoid? >.< more information, really.. i take mefenamic acid because i have really heavy time of the month and get intense pains and throw up, usually. but this time i haven't thrown up (ran out of pills to take so i had to deal with it) and i have gotten no pains, really, and it's not as heavy as usual. and yes. i know i'm an idiot. there's no need to tell me.

For 3 years now I've been having troubles with abdominal pain. I've been in hospital twice for it, and had numerous ultrasound scans but it hasn't shown anything of out the ordinary. In february when I was last in hospital they done key-hole surgery and ended up taking my appendix out but said there was no abnormalities concerning my ovaries and since then the pain has been gone for a month but now the pain has come back. I've been getting pain near my ovaries, especially my left side and my right side is just random sharp pains every few days whilst my left side hurts most of the time and scores a 7/10. It's always worst when i'm menstruating, I'm on mefenamic acid tablets but they don't really make a difference. Any idea of what could be causing the pain? -I'm not going to the doctors until the middle of May due to lack of spaces available unless it's an emergency appointment... I have exams soon and sometimes the pains to much and I can't concentrate on what I'm doing when revising etc. If it makes any difference I'm 15 and I've been having my period for 4/5years... I'm not on any kind of BC nor have I been tested for anything except anemia. I've had about 8 ultrasounds in total but they haven't shown anything. I was back in hosptial a week after the op because my bloods said my liver functions were off if that makes any difference which I don't think it would?

im 16 and have been on microgynon 30 for 6 months. For the last two months i have been prescribed mefenamic acid tablets for pain (which i never had before i even went on the pill) and heavy bleeding. it took me 2 months to have a 'normal' period, after that normal period i still find them unpredictable :| one time ill have one that i wont even notice... other times they're how they use to be before i started the pill. After my first 3 months i went back to the doctor and asked to change the pill but she said have another 3 months so i did.. and im getting pretty fed up. i have to go back next week... surely whats happening to me isn't what should be expected? I don't want to stop the pill because of how heavy they we're before. ahhhh help! I have exams next month and just need to forget about it :( x

i get terrible period pain, which usually means i have to take a day off school. i have exams coming up and i really cant afford to miss any more days! i get horrible pain, throw up and pass out, usually screaming and crying, and eventually ending up going to A&E. I've been to my doctor several times, who firstly prescribed me with mefenamic acid, which was almost as useless as regular pain killers. She then suggested going on the pilll, which i have been for a few months, it has done no good and sometimes the pain lasts a few days instead of just one. The doctor then said she didn't know what to try next and said it may be another problem, not just period pain. Does anyone know what other problems could cause these symptoms and does anyone know how to ease really bad period pain like mine (even just a little bit would be nice)?
