Anybody know about Femara (Letrozol) for ttc?

Can anyone tell me about taking Femara ( Letrozol ) and also baby aspirin ( to help thicken the uterine lining ) while trying to get pregnant. I am planning to start my first cycle of Femara this month, and I have noticed that several women are taking it and end up with BFP and a good lining size for implantation. Any ideas and opinions about this ? Baby dust to all ttc-ers :)) Thank you.

I went to the doctor today and was finally able to get some help. My husband and I have been ttc for almost a year and a half. I was just diagnosed with pcos. I finished a 10 day cycle of Provera on Wednesday this week and I started metformin today and begin letrozol on day 3 of my period(whenever it shows up). How long did it take for you to get pregnant once you started these two?

Hi friends.I m having PCOD.My last period date was 11-09-2008.I took Letrozol for CD 3 to CD 7. After that I took Gonal-f injections From CD 7 to CD 19.My follicle size was only 14.7 at CD 17 so Doctor advised to take more 2 Gonal-f injections and come on CD 19.When I went to Doctor at CD 19 my follicle was ruptured. There were two more follicle of size 12 to 14 at CD 22 . We didn't do IUI.Doctor told me to try next cycle.But when I did pregnancy test on 13/10/2008 it was +ve.I done my B-HCG test on 14/10/2008 morning it was 36.5 mIU/ml . Doctor told me to come after 2 day to check my B-HCG level.IS it possible to get pregnent through this size of follicle? What shold be my B-HCG level? Today is 17/10. I went for B-HCG test and it comes 65.3. Is it ok? Answer me it is very urgent

i m 32 years old treated for breast cancer 1 year before and was advised tamoxifen. since i had endometrial hyperplasia, tamoxifen was stopped and started letrozol. now i m advised to stop that also and go back to tamoxifen, ER/PR negative. what can be done?

last year i had iui and i got pregnant but my baby hadnt haert beam and i had to aborted i think this happend for women with bad quality eggs and i wanted to do ivf i think if iget pregnant and my baby dont have haert beam again anyone with this situation and have successful pregnancy
