giddiness in diabetes?

i am diabetic all signs like thirst,burning sensation, started in the age of 33 now those signs are not there, but i am feeling giddiness from one week what is my problem of giddiness can it be solved no hypoglycemia, sugars are at level of 16 iam taking glibenclamide 5 mg bd no bp and serum creat,albumin,ketones normal i am in malaysia iam alone still 10 months to finish my work contract can any one give me answer when my giddiness will stop please i want to work and iam alone as foriegner when my giddiness will be ceased

Please can some one tell me i tested my blood this morning at it registered 14.7, i am currently taking 4 metformin tablets (500mg), 3 glibenclamide 5mg, my doctor is seding me to my local hospital to see a specialist, what will happen my doctor is not good for talking, will i be put on insulin?, i am over weight, but have lost 3 stone, but still not enough, i am 38 year old female, other then that am healthy, thanks kes

Hi I am a type 2 diabetic having to take 4 x 500mg metformin tablets, 3 x glibenclamide tablets a day, my tablets are not doing there stuff so my doctor has sent me an appointment to see a consultant in the Endocrinology at my local hospital, please can any one tell me what the Endocrinology consultant will do, thanks I am a female aged 38 years been on tablets 2 years have already lost 3 stone, weight is coming off (not sure how lol).
