MY TRIGLYCERIDES ARE GOING UP AND DOWN..WHY?

Two months ago I did my medical check up and the doctor told me every thing looks ok BUT my triglycerides are the through the roof (900) and cholesterol 250 , I was shocked when I heard the number and I thought this is it..I may have stroke any time now; the doc gave me “FenoFibrate” to reduce the triglycerides and Cholesterol can be reduced by exercising the doc said. One week after taking medication and active life style I did the test again and TG were 100 ONLY, the doc was so surprised and he asked me to quit the drug and continue with the diet and exercise. One week later I did the test again and TG was 400. Now wtf is with my TG.. What could drive it up and down in very short period of time? I am 33 y.o, have perfect weight, my mother and father had CH when they turned 70 y.o and I hate taking Fibrate since I hear a lot about its side effects..Is there any one experienced the same situation or have any idea what is going on with me..P.S last check I did after a month medication was 172 TG, 130 Ch, 39 HDL, 90 LDL… Please help Thanks. I eat only whole wheat bread and 0 Fat rice , use unrefind sugar (very small amount) but to be honest I started only when I knew about my TG problem.

AS i am taking fenofibrate tablet 145 mg OD . but Trig. is still not in control. can I make it double? lipitor does not suits me i m taking ezedoc 10 OD also

Had FFP on 3/31st 10mg of Vitamin K for past 4 days and INR is still greater than 14.. 2 days ago they did a catscan to ensure no brain bleed because he had a severe headache, and the scan was clear. He is still greater than 14, and have been for 4 days?? We only know its greater than 14 because thats the highest reading the lab can detect. But now we dont know what to do, they just sent him home and want him to take Vitamin K again? He has been on coumadin for more than a year, gets checked about once a month. until this month, and he normally takes 10mg a day 5 days a week and 2 days at 7.5mg. THe coumadin clinic as well as his family doc say they are stumped.. we left the ER again tonight after dr ordered him to go, and ER gave him anotehr 10mg of vitamin k and sent him home. Per the ER dr, he and his colleague were going back and forth with hospitalist about admitting him. hospitalist says he is only 38 and not bleeding out so they will not admit. I am thoroughly confused.. nothing has changed in his diet or his meds.. otehr than stopping 2 of them that have potential of making his blood thinner (simvastatin)and(fenofibrate).. no answers from Dr, coumadin clinic, or ER so far.. his liver enzymes are normal .. so .. should i be worried?

I don't know if it is my imagination or if the drug might have an effect on my memory. I take it for colesterol

Me having high blood pressure since 31 years old when giving 1st child. High Triglycerides was 3.2mmol/l and now reduce to 1.48 by taking fenofibrate 100mgx2 a day. Recent blood test shown sodium 148 mmol/l, potassium 5.3 mmol/l, and urine test shown RBC 42/ul and WBC 32/ul. kindly advise how to take care to reduce above high rate factor. other medicine taken are:cozzaar (Losartan Pot6assium) 500mgx1, Atenolol 50mgx1 and Nifedipine LA 30mgx1.
