Ruining my life, someone help me get rid of this acne?

I've had this severe acne for a month or two now, I had minor to mediocre acne before that. I've tried everything, commercial products, home treatments, eating better, eating peanut butter [omega 3/6], and all sorts of other things. I'm really tired of it now, it's completely making me go into an emo type of person. I've lost my friends because I don't go outside anymore and I had a job interview yesterday but I was so self conscious about it that I told them I had to cancel it. My doctor [not a dermatologist] gave me some pills called Doxycycline hyclate. Girls use them for stomach problems and he told me if I took them it'd probably help with my acne. I haven't tried them yet because back when I had minor acne I never saw a difference in it. I'm going to start taking it again but I really don't think it's going to work. I looked up something online and it said that I should took showers daily and when I'm taking the shower, to face my face into the water and just let the water run on my face for about a minute, I did that yesterday and today and all it seems to do is dry out my face and leave a bad layer of dead[?] skin everywhere, I can only feel it on the good skin though [the skin without acne.] My mom bought me this bar of soap that is 10% benzoil[spell check] peroxide and that just REALLY dries out my skin. Someone please help me out, by the way, I get that cyst acne every now and then which is REALLY bad because it leaves serious scars that I know are never going to go away. for three or four days my feet have felt like they were on fire ! serious burn, like they're in a stove or something. and yesterday my hands started doing it to. to me, they are extremely hot to the touch. it burns if i touch my face or foot or any part of my body. but to everyone else they i have normal temperature if i'm not already dying, i'm gonna shoot myself it hurts that bad. :/ i've been taking doxycycl hyc (Doxycycline) for about a week now for lymes disease.... if that matters what the hellllllll is wrong with me?

I questioned him about IV Vancomycin being the better option, but he insisted on the Doxycycline. A week later, I was septic and hospitalized.

Should it be paired with another antibiotic as well?

i dont know what it is but i have this pain in the lower part of my stomach right under my belly....it varied from side to side actually yesterday i had protected sex with my boyfriend and afterwards it got worse...the pain at first was on the lower left side of my abdomen and then it felt like it was moving over..i couldnt even stand up strait the pain was so bad..then wen i went to the bathroom and urinated i had a sharp pain start to form in the mid lower stomach but only that one time..then the pain was still there so i took an aleve and for some reason i passed gas and my stomach pain eased alot anytime i burp or pass gas i could feel it in the area i have pain in..i was taking some pills called doxycycline cuz i had urea plasma i was on my lastday takeing them. this pain started 5 days ago in got worse yesterday..i havent took a b/o in 3 days and when i do my b/o be either painful or big...what healthy foods do i eat in whats not good to eat idk anyways 2weeks ago my bf came in me like 5 times not in one day tho ova a period of 5days and i might be pregnate could this effect my pregnancy if i am.? i need lots of answers please help!!!
