What happens if i didn't finish my antibiotics?

i was sick with flu-like symptoms and went to the doctor on tuesday and he gave me Clarithromycin 250mg. i took one in the morning and one at night as instructed. however, i woke up the next morning having severe gastric pain and suspected the a/biotics were the culprit (because i instantly feel light headed with rapid heart rate every time i take them) so i took another that morning and no more. i only took 3 and he gave me 7 altogether. it's already friday now. should i just.... finish it or leave it since i have't been taking since wednesday? i know it's bad for not taking, would my URTI reoccur again? if so, how long/when? (better be ready if i'm going to die lol!) it's been days should i or shouldi not finish them? what are the consequences if i don't? **btw, it's friday here though it may not be in your country.

I usually take half of a peach one so I think the dosage is .25 or .2.5???? I have to take prilosec for H.Pylori. I am done with the antibiotic (thank goodness...I took my last antibiotic at 3p.m. today.) I have to take prilosec for 2 more weeks. I don't really want too.. I still feel like crap..not from the ulcer but it seems like from the meds. I still have a nasty taste in my mouth and my tummy is queasy. I haven't been sleeping either. So my body is stressed. How long does the prilosec stay in your body? The clarithromycin(sp)? Since I'm trying to eradicate H.pylori is there something else I could take instead of prilosec...something easier on the tummy? I hate taking drugs that seem by the side effects it could hurt you more than help you Thanx for any advice

my docter gave me a medicanes for my cough flu?? sore thraot?? it stops the production of stomach acids and he gave me another tablet for my cough names are Nizatidine for stopping stomach acid production and Clarithromycin for cough? Albuterol sulfate for mucus?? isnt this for asthma people i dont have asthma and singulair tablet for heartburn which i dont take i take nizatidine and clarithromycin together with the inhalation solution on albuterol sulfate with a nebilizer my head lik vibrates or something sometimes i got a headache today was lik a fever i guess wat should i do should i take medicines separate should i stop some of them plz help my head lik vibrates wat does that mean and my stomach hurts badly plus i get gas help no cell thingy i dont got cell currently =[

Long story short, tested for H.Pylori, have it...am taking prilosec and clarithromycin(due to an allergy to penicillin/keflex I can't do the triple therapy). I take the antibiotic 3 times a day 500 mg. and 40 mg of prilosec once a day. I am on my 10 day of treament...4 more days to go on antibiotic and am suppossed to go down to 20 mg of prilosec for 2 more weeks after. No nausea or blood..just pain. Since I still have pain..does this mean the meds are not working? I do walk 2 miles almost every night and tonight the pain is back...my tummy hasn't really had any pain in the last few days..could the walking have aggravated it? Anything I can take for the pain to help? Why didn't the doc put me on pepto-bismal? I did start eating yogurt because I read that it helps put the flora back in I will be calling the doc on Monday...but if it sounds like a serious problem I am able to go to the E.R. if necessary. Should I eat a little something to see if the pain eases? P.S. A few months ago I had to take 2 rounds of Zithromax, 1 due to a bad sinus infection and then a week later my daughter had strep throat in which the doctor put the whole family on antibiotic...would this cause the H.Pylori to become immune to the treatment I am on now? Thanx for any help!!!!

I've been on antibiotics for almost 2 years now for a chronic illness, right now I'm on doxycycline and clarithromycin but it changes every few months. I've been wanting to go on the pill for extra protection but I'm not sure if the antibiotics will affect it? I know it can affect it because my cousin was on antibiotics for 10 days for an ear infection and she got pregnant, but is this the case for most people? Input on both regular every day pills and morning after pills would be great :-)
