Does throwing up pills work?

I'm on two medications for depression and anxiety. I take budeprion XL (the generic wellbutrin) in the mornings because it gives me energy, and I take citalopram (celexa) before bed because it makes me sleepy. Tonight I accidentally took another wellbutrin at night, when I was supposed to be taking the celexa. I was worried that I'd be awake all night, or that I'd feel like crap from taking two wellbutrin in the same day, or from missing my celexa, and I didn't want to take both pills at once. So I forced myself to throw up as soon as I realized I took the wrong pill (which was only a minute after). Then I took my celexa as I was supposed to. I was just wondering if throwing up probably served its purpose of getting the pill out of my system, or if I should still be concerned? I appreciate any answers!

I've suffered from social anxiety for 6 years, Is it possible to make a full recovery? I know i suffer from Social Anxiety.. when too many people are around i shut down or get extremley intense and want to cry. I can never go on the top deck of a bus and hold a conversation. I am extremley paranoid, i always think people are out to hurt me and have alot fo trust issues. I've tried cognitive therapy with a professional psychologist which kind of worked but i didn't stick to it for long. I lied and said i was better so he let me go. (I acted like i was ok even though i wasn't.) This was 2 years ago. Then i started college again after dropping out the previous year but eventually dropped out again because of so many people around and having to socialise, i just couldn't face it everyday. I've completley changed my diet to eating very healthy.. lots of fruit and veg, varied meat, drinking lots of water etc etc. I also exersise every other day ( dancing and long walks). I feel a slight improvement but i would say only about 50% . People that i've met find it very difficult to understand *friends that i've had/have. I also get quite a bit of male attention (i don't dress provocativley) but i highly dislike it. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and told him everything and he prescribed me 10mg Citalopram for 4 weeks and after that course of medication i will be referred to a psychatrist. I feel so much better already and i mean with the food that i eat and the exersise that i am doing. I interect better with people and don't find myself as fearful as before, but i still have fear. I'd say i was 60% better. Is it possible to make a full recovery??

The pharmacist said that grape juice and blueberry juice act as an inhibitor to celexa (my anti-depressant meds) and will cause my meds to be less-effective. Has anyone else ever heard of this or experienced this?

I have already heard what the psychiatrist had to say so don't tell me don't ask us ask the doctor I have depression with generalized anxiety and depresonalization. Which in your opinion is better? Citalopram = Celexa Escitalopram = Lexapro, Cipralex they are both SSRI's. thx for the answers.
