What could cause Hormonal problems? Please read?

I've had hormonal problems for a year and a half now. I've been put on a pill (cabergoline) for almost a year. When I went to my doctor it looked like the pill helped and brought down some of my levels that were sky high. I had a high prolactin level. (not pregnant). The pill was also suppose to help my period cycle but, I still notice its not quite right. She checked for a pituiatry tumor but, when I got the MRI it was gone. My prolactin level has gone down but, theres still some hormonal problems. I told her I've been having pains in my tummy and i'm sore sometimes when I got to the bathroom. I thought maybe endometriosis but, I don't know. She wants to run more tests but, why is this happening? Has anyone else had hormonal problems?

I am taking Cabergoline for high level of prolactin. Has anyone been succesful in lowering their level with this pill? But I can't TTC until my levels go down. Should this pill also make me start my period? I been trying to read about this pill, but I only find prolactin stuff. Thanks for any info..

My symptoms... -Very sore breasts - Unusual sensation in my tummy (not painful but something is going on) - Back ache - Week late on period 2day I'm taking a medication called cabergoline and have been for about 8 weeks this medication is to reduce the size of an overactive pituitry gland! So i don't know what to make of it all, I feel silly keep going to my docs as she said breast pain was a side effect but oh my its getting painful! Maybe pregnancy i thought... But had 2 neg tests! (Also been told not to get preg on meds) Any advice will be much appreciated Thanks Guys xx

Hiya! Well last period was 7 weeks ago, I do have polycystic overies but havent gone this long inbetween periods befor done 2 test about 10 days ago both negative :-( Also taking cabergoline for high prolactin levels, Have sore breasts too! Thanks for your help xx I have been ttc for 11 month now, so i find it hard to beleive i could be preg! and i think it is the medication messing me up?? But its reducing my prolactin
