Arthritis FAQ
Well, it started about 3 days ago, he doesn't really wanna move around much. He hasn't had a bowel movement in a couple days either. At first I marked it up to arthritis, because his back legs pop so much, but now I just really don't know..He's not a very old dog either, he's only 5. I don't know what to do for him, our family can't really afford veterinary care for him, and there's nowhere around here that gives free care to animals, so I need to know something that I can do for him here at home. Does anyone know what may be wrong with him or what I can do? I've been slipping very, very, small amounts of arthritis pain reliever into his food, but the odd thing is he shows no real signs that he is really in any pain. He isn't limping, and he doesn't whine or anything. Does anyone know what is wrong or what I can do?
If I take Naproxen for arthritis and prevacid (antacid) to minimize stomach irritation caused by Naproxen?Is this the reason I am dizzy when I wake up? I even find it difficult to walk without hanging on to something in the morning. This has been going on for 3 weeks.
Group fitness class designed for seniors?I work at a fitness center (gym) in a large senior (+50) community. We offer some great group fitness classes: Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Outdoor and Indoor resistance circuits Aqua aerobics Fitball (Swiss ball class) Yoga Basic Aerobics Zumba Gold Body Sculpt (includes free weights, resistance tubes, etc). and a couple more. Here's the question: We're looking for something new in a group fitness class that would be appropriate for seniors! While most of the participants are in great shape we do have to tone down a couple of the classes to attract others. What other kinds of group classes could we offer? Taking any ideas! Thanks!
What's wrong with my computer?All of a sudden, my internet is completely wacky. Whenever I use a search engine the links open in a new window, but there's more; half the time they open a website about arthritis or pregnancy, and the other half my AVG 8.5 blocks. Whenever I open a certain link, my internet completely shuts down. And also, when I go on the internet I hear commercials and I don't know where they come from. I tried scanning my computer with my AVG, but they say no major threat. Does anyone know what I should do? The search engine thing is happening on both my internet explorer and my firefox?
i have arthritis or something!?okay so i am 20 and last night when i was working i would be doing something and go into a squat-like position and my knees would hurt really bad. and this morning i got up and my knee, elbow, and finger joints all hurt so much. i have no idea why. and no it is not raining and it will not rain for like a week.
