If there is anti bacterial soap, why isn't there Anti viral soap?

With all the colds and flu's wouldn't it make sense?

Does Anti bacterial soap do anything against Virus?

I mean it is anti bacterial, not anti viral, does it help at all???

Jewelry for vertical tragus and how to fight rejection?

I've had my vertical tragus pierced for about four months. I have a flexible tygon bar in it which I forgot to change at the three month mark. Now it's trying to reject. The jewelery is internally threaded, how do i remove it? Is the a better material I can try instead of tygon? Would a surface bar work? I haven't gone to my piercer yet because I'm a little embarrassed of neglecting my fragile piercing, but yes I will most likely go before the weeks over. I've been cleaning with triple ointment since rejection started before that I used anti bacterial soap. Should my belly piercing be itchy and red?

i got my belly button pierced 5 days ago, and its been a bit red since then but its just started getting itchy withing the past two days. i don't think its an infection, because i've taken good care of it since i got it done; i haven't hit it and i've been washing it with anti-bacterial dial soap 2 to 3 times a day, then putting neosporin around the holes once a day most of the time right after i clean it. i've also slept on it maybe twice, if that makes a big difference. i've looked up possibilities of why its red and itchy and i've found that it could just be healing, irritated, or that it could be infected. please help? :]

today i cut my finger at work. I cleaned it and put a band aid on it, then i was trying to go home but a woman stopped me and asked me to wrap her flowers, i didn't touch her hands but i did touch the flower she was holding. then i went home, and about 2 hours later i was at home and i scratched my lip with the band aided finger. (I know this sounds weird) I am an extreme germ a phobe. Is there any way i could Get HIV if that lady had it and it some how got on my band aid and i touched my mouth with it? ( I washed my mouth with anti bacterial soap a couple of times and with a wet wipe. and scoped my mouth. Thanks so much for your answers, i have high anxiety.
